Quality Jobs Programs

This Program provides a refundable tax credit as an incentive to encourage targeted businesses to locate in Louisiana, create quality jobs and promote economic development. This program is administered by the Department of Economic Development.

Our NEW on-line system LEDPro provides our customers the flexibility to manage their advance notices and applications anytime 24/7.  To access LEDPro for online filing of the Business Incentives programs,  click here.

In addition to paying on-line, you can do the following:

1. Register as a user for the company you represent.
2. Create and submit a complete application, or begin the process, save and finish at a later time.
3. Take advantage of the enhanced features (i.e., validations, lookups and calculations) while entering your application.
4. Track the status and activity of applications. Due to the certification required for documentation purposes, a notarized copy should be mailed to the Business Incentives Division.
5. Review history of current applications.
